Hello Sabine,

good choices!
The Waldwirtschaft Grosshesselohe is also one of my favorite beer gardens near Munich.

It's a wonderful place above the Isar river banks and a great place to visit by bike. The last 500m are going steep uphill, but fortunately on the way back to Munich, it's all downhill.

I've been several times to the Kugler Alm as well, but always at the restaurant in winter time and never to the beer garden in summer.

Anyhow, from what I hear, the beer garden is as fantastic as the restaurant is. And your submission gives me one more reason to try the beer garden this summer !
