Oktoberfest Sold out?

Hi,





I heard Oktoberfest had sold out. I wasn't aware we needed to pre-book and assumed we turn up on the day and pay as we go.

Can you please confirm the structure of the event in terms of payment. When to pay, how much, where to pay etc?

Hi Hannah,

the news about "sold out" probably refers to reservations.

It's always better to have a reservation, but you can very well go without.

Please find my tips about Oktoberfest reservations.

Usually you pay when after ordering. The waitress brings your beer and makes you pay it right away. Very easy.
