Oktoberfest with a teacher

We visited the Munich Oktoberfest when my daughters were in high school.




Their German teacher was a foreign exchange teacher for the year so we took our annual vacation to visit the teacher and see the school and the comparisons between the countries.

Their teacher took us all to the Munich Oktoberfest and we had a fantastic time. We were easily accepted in the festival and we experienced the songs, the beer, and the festivities.

I would definitely return and see it again.
The loud, happy gathering is unlike the stateside Oktoberfest that try to duplicate the festivals but miss the boisterous happy occasion.
