Prebooking a tent

Is it possible to prebook 8-10 seats in one of the tents at the Oktoberfest?

I am MD of my own travel company so can get cheap deals on hotels directly - but bringing my dad and brothers/friends over - the last time I went it rained so hard and we could not get into a tent - big disapointment - any help would be great.

Making Reservations in a Beertent

Hello Phil,

reservations in the beer tents are made by table, which seats 10 persons. Minimum reservation has to be made for 10.

You need to send a fax directly to the beer tent owner company and ask for the reservation. Unfortunately you're already late for this year. Most beer tents to their prebookings in January.

But you might still be able to get a table during weekdays in the afternoon.
