Tickets to Oktoberfest?
Hi,
Me and my mom are going to vacation in Paris for a week and would like to go to Oktoberfest for a day.
I've been on a couple different sites regarding Oktoberfest but haven't seen any written proof that it's free.
I also would like to know train and hotel information for the day/night.

Yes, entry to Oktoberfest is free, but off course you need to pay for your beer and food...

You can get train schedules to Munich from Deutsche Bahn.
Hotels in Munich during Oktoberfest have really scary prices and fill up soon. If you can, try for the second week of Oktoberfest, there are still some moderately priced rooms available.
