Dear Kumar,

As an Indian citizen you usually need a visa for Germany.

But in your case you already have a valid visa for Lithuania and Lithuania is part of the Schengen agreement.

This means, a visa issued in one of the participating countries is valid in all other Schengen countries as well.

Current Schengen countries are:
Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.

Therefore you don't need a visa for Germany.
