Hi, I'm working in the automobile sector in New Delhi, India. I want to work in Germany. How will I get work visa, shall I need any any sponsorship?

Hi Rai,
usually you need to find a company first, that is willing to employ you and go through the paper work to get your work visa for Germany.
You need to apply for the work visa, before entering Germany.
